Clothes For 18" Pussycat

I am purchasing a new 18" M.A. pussycat for my little girl, and hoped to find some extra outfits for the doll, but can't seem to find any. I found a couple for 14" pussycats on ebay. Does anyone know if clothes for A.G. Bitty Baby (15-17") will fit an 18" pussycat?
